Open less tabs by utilizing this 'quick view' option which slides on the screen for ease of use.

Updated Historical Listing Information

Find key details such as price changes, status changes, and transaction dates in the listing history section.  

Agents will be able to see the history of a property to make informed decisions and easily bounce between old listings and new for a property.

Added Date Stamp to Public Record

View up to date and time stamped public record data on every property.  

Agents will clearly see vital information with the assurity that Remine is delivering the most current property detail data.

Owners and Associated People Layout

Experience an updated layout and differentiation between owners and associated people in a household.  

New data provided by Neustar, will provide more matches for owners on properties enabling agents to supply buyers with more options. For added ease of use the owners and associated people details are now broken out so that agents can easily see the difference.

AirDNA Data

Take advantage of short-term rental data and analytics from AirDNA.

Gain access to Zillow's Zestimate tool. We've added Zillow back to our list of available AVM sources to provide a more robust 360 view of the industries most recognized home value estimates!  

Agents can now see both the Zillow Zestimate and Rent Zestimate without ever leaving the platform. Armed with more valuations agents can help their clients make informed decisions on homes.  

SentriLock Listing Integration

Experience SentriLock’s property data feature, SentriKey. This tool allows seamless listing integration within the SentriKey Real Estate Application.  

Agents will be able to take their showing expertise to the next level through Remine technology.
